If you choose to become a technician you’ll attend our 5 Day Introduction Program. This one week course provides you with essential Technical, Health & Safety training as well as guidance on how to provide customers with the best levels of service. New recruits also gain hands-on experience of the vehicle glass replacement process.
And there’s plenty more opportunities to keep technicians equipped with the most up to date knowledge and skills – from windscreen repair techniques to LAD and Li'll Buddy one person lifting devices to Ezi-Cut & Ezi-Wire traning.
When you join our branch customer service team, you'll have access to a wide range of training opportunities to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to do your job well.
As part of this team you'll receive comprehensive training in technical & skills development as well as world class service skills.
