It is our policy to re-glaze on the spot. However, when we are unable to do so we will provide an immediate temporary board-up/security patch -free of charge - regardless of the hour.
If the same pane of glass which we replace is broken again within 12 months we will replace it a second time free of charge. Simply present your previous invoice to make a claim.
We will submit the claim on your behalf, all you need to do is pay O’Brien® any excess which may apply.
In the event of an emergency glass breakage, we guarantee to be at your premises within an hour of your call. Simply tell the operator it is an emergency and we promise to have a Glazier on site within 60 minutes, or we’ll give you $100 back excluding periods of high demand such as storms or natural disasters.
All O’Brien® glazing is guaranteed to comply with the current Australian Standard (AS 1288).
