Customer Solutions Consultant
As one of our Customer Solutions Consultants you’ll often be the first person prospective customers talk to when they need our help. You’ll need to be welcoming, whilst able to calmly and quickly find the best solution. For example, you could be arranging urgent mobile support for a driver whose windscreen has been damaged or someone whose home has been broken into.

If you like variety then this is the role for you as no two days are ever the same in this job. As one of our mobile team of Glaziers, you’ll be on the road helping all sorts of people as you replace glass in homes, shops and/or offices – from a broken window in a home to replacing large plate glass shopfronts.
You’ll be joining a team of over 150 well-respected mobile Glaziers who work for Australia’s leading building glass replacement company.
As a Branch Manager your goal is to exceed our customers’ expectations every day by ensuring they receive the highest quality of service. You’ll achieve this by ensuring that standards of performance are met through the effective management of all branch resources and thereby maximise sales and profitability. As a member of the O’Brien leadership team you’ll need to demonstrate the ability to articulate a vision and inspire others to pursue the vision. You’ll have the capacity to win emotional commitment to the Company, colleagues and work; providing clarity of direction, setting high standards and modelling desired behaviour; energising the team, empowering them and holding them accountable.
